While we do our best to thoughtfully curate each box and substitute when necessary due to allergies and/or age, requesting specific items or altering the contents defeats the purpose of the Mystery Scoop experience. Due to the nature of Mystery Scoops, all sales are final. We will work with you on damaged packages, packages sent in error, recalls/safety concerns, allergies and address errors. We do not accept returns or refunds for dissatisfaction, buyers remorse, style preferences, expectations of contents and misunderstandings.
