All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (such as sales, holidays, or new product drops), processing may take up to 10 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your mystery scoop’s journey to your doorstep.
