Refund & Return Policy

At Baby Bloom, we pour love and care into every mystery scoop we create for moms and babies. Because our products are specially curated mystery items, we maintain a limited returns and refunds policy as outlined below. Please read carefully before making your purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if they are requested within 24 hours of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the items you received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All items originally sent must be present in the return package.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and not tampered with.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If any item is missing, opened, or used, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.


Refund Process

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 48 hours for inspection.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You are unhappy with the mystery items received (since all purchases are mystery scoops, contents are a surprise by design).
  • Items are opened, used, or show signs of tampering.
  • Return is requested after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Package is returned incomplete.
